Most men wait too long to talk about this
Sexual problems are common, and they are treatable. Most men still carry them in silence for years, convinced they are the only one, or that talking will make it worse. It will not. The work is direct and practical, and the audio-only format means there is no camera and no one studying your face while you say the hard part.
What I work with
- Performance anxiety and the pressure to “get it right”
- Erectile difficulties (where there is no physical cause, or alongside medical treatment)
- Premature or delayed ejaculation
- Loss of desire, or desire that has changed with age, stress, or a long relationship
- Sexual avoidance: finding reasons not to, then feeling worse about it
- Compulsive use of porn or sex that has stopped feeling like a choice
- The impact of past trauma on intimacy
A lot of it is anxiety, not plumbing
When there is no physical cause, most male sexual difficulty runs on a loop: something goes wrong once, you brace for it to happen again, and the bracing makes it more likely. Performance anxiety feeds itself. Therapy works on the loop, not just the symptom. We keep it specific and we keep it practical.
One honest note: erectile difficulty can have physical causes (circulation, hormones, medication, diabetes). If you have not had it checked, see your GP or a urologist first. Therapy handles the psychological side, and the two work well together.
How the work goes
Audio-only sessions, weekly or every other week. No camera, no waiting room. We name the actual problem in plain language, find what is driving it, and work in a clear framework rather than open-ended talk. You set the pace.
Who this is for
Men who want to deal with something specific and are done putting it off. You do not need to be in crisis. You need to be ready to talk straight about it, once.
If the difficulty sits between you and a partner, see also Sexual Issues in Relationships and the main sex therapy page.
Common Questions
Do I have to be on camera?+
No. Every session is audio-only. For this subject in particular, most men find it far easier to speak without a camera on.
Should I see a doctor first?+
If you have erectile difficulties and have not had a physical check, yes: see your GP or a urologist to rule out physical causes. Therapy then handles the psychological side, and the two work well together.
Is everything confidential?+
Yes. Sessions are private, one-to-one, and confidential. Your data is protected under GDPR.
How many sessions will I need?+
It varies. Some men come for one focused issue; others stay for longer work. We review progress together, so you are never locked into a fixed number.

No camera helped. A lot.
Tidal was direct, practical, and calm about the whole thing. He kept it specific, which is exactly what I needed. I wish I had done it earlier.”
